the location was great for seeing local attractions. i found it easy to walk to many sites. the breakfast buffet offered sufficient choices (especially the fresh fruit!). the staff were helpful with directions and local information.
I found some aspects lacking for a hotel of this level. the room's decor felt a bit dated. there were few electrical outlets near the bed which was inconvenient. the wifi service was unreliable. It made streaming videos impossible.

difficult temperatureslow wifi
The room had some issues that bothered me. the shower's temperature was difficult to manage. It was either too hot or too cold. the shower hose was also not properly fixed initially, causing water to spray everywhere. wifi was also quite slow making it hard to check emails or browse.

The check-in process felt impersonal. The staff seemed rushed and didn't explain the amenities very well! also, the minibar was empty upon arrival, needing a call to reception to stock it. This was inconvenient. The restocking happened pretty slowly. I expected a quicker response, especially considering the supposed quality of service. It definitely put a damper on settling in.
